STATUS OF ORDER

*If your order remains in pre-shipment for longer, allow for at least a week before contacting us. USPS may have missed scanning your label before leaving its initial location, however, your package is still out for delivery.*
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for packages that may be lost or misplaced by the carrier through transit. Contact USPS or go to your local post office to request a missing mail search. After a package has been delivered, we are not liable for the events that may occur after.
