Shipping Info

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and shipping once your order has been placed. The weekends are not included in the shipping time.

STATUS OF ORDER

You will be notified by email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped out. Please allow 48 hours for your tracking information to update.

*If your order remains in pre-shipment for longer, allow for at least a week before contacting us. USPS may have missed scanning your label before leaving its initial location, however, your package is still out for delivery.*

Art Prints

All art prints are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Delivery time is separate from the allotted time for processing and shipping.

Original Paintings

All originals are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 1-3 business days for the item to be delivered after being notified of shipment.

LOST/MISPLACED PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for packages that may be lost or misplaced by the carrier through transit. Contact USPS or go to your local post office to request a missing mail search. After a package has been delivered, we are not liable for the events that may occur after.
